Horningtoft is a very small village, in the county of Norfolk, England.  Six miles south of Fakenham, seven miles north of Dereham on the B1146.

The village population in 2021 was 147 in 63 properties.

In the Doomesday Book Horningtoft was recorded as Horninghetoft, was held by Ælfric and was 8 furlongs in length and 5 furlongs in breadth.

St Edmund's Church

Community Chat and Cuppa

every 2nd Tuesday in St Edmund's Church from 10am to Noon.  Everyone is welcome, bring your knitting, craft or just yourself!

Horningtoft Heritage Society started in 1999 ready to celebrate the new millennium.   The society holds bi-annual exhibitions about the village and its inhabitants.

St Edmunds Church is the centre of our village life. Many events are held in the church as the village does not have a village hall or other meeting place.
